Products may be returned within 30 Days after delivery. Returns must be in new condition with all materials in original box, returned to UniTerra, Huntington Beach, CA, with shipping paid by the customer.
UniTerra Inc warrants the NOMAD to against defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by law. Except as required by law this warranty does not apply to retailers or other commercial purchasers or users. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, abuse, neglect or commercial use. UniTerra Inc. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Uniterra Inc. disclaims all responsibility for incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of this machine. If the unit fails during the 12 month period under the terms of this warranty Uniterra Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace the unit at its discretion or to provide replacement parts. This Warranty is valid in the United States only. However, we do our best to service products sold outside of the US on elective basis, with no strict warranty.
